An Arizona Highway Patrol officer pulls over a Harley for speeding and asks the older biker his name. “Fred,” he replies. “Fred what?” the officer asks. “Just Fred,” the biker responds. The officer, in a good mood, considers giving him a warning instead of a ticket and presses for a last name. The biker explains that he used to have one but lost it.

The officer, thinking he’s dealing with a quirky character, plays along. «Fred, how did you lose your last name?» The old biker responds. «So bear with me, I have a long story. My name is Fred Johnson. I put in a lot of effort and achieved excellent academic results. After some time, I understood that I wanted to become a doctor. After years of hard work and dedication, I successfully completed my journey through college, medical school, internship, and residency, ultimately earning my well-deserved degree.

It was a moment of great accomplishment for me, and I felt a sense of pride and fulfillment. When I finally got my degree, so I was Fred Johnson, MD. I got bored with being a doctor after a while, so I chose to go back to school. I wanted to be a dentist! I finished school and got my degree, so my full name was Fred Johnson,

MD, DDS. I got bored with dentistry, so I messed around with my assistant. She gave me VD, so I became Fred Johnson, MD, DDS, with VD. The ADA found out about the VD and took away my DDS. After that, I was Fred Johnson, MD, with VD. The AMA then learned that the ADA had taken away my DDS because of the VD. They then took away my MD, leaving me as Fred Johnson with the VD. The VD then took away my ‘Johnson’, leaving me as «Just Fred.»
