Former President Donald Trump was talking about the automotive industry suffering a “bloodbath” if he loses the election and Democrats remain in office. However, leftists have been cutting the video short or editing it so it seems like Trump is calling for a war. Trump was talking about the auto industry during his speech, not people literally fighting each other.
Trump has already responded to the Democrats taking his comments out of context and using them to spin a false narrative, something the leftwing media does all the time because they’re just baiting people for clicks at this point. Trump said on Truth Social: “The Fake News Media, and their Democrat Partners in the destruction of our Nation, pretended to be shocked at my use of the word BLOODBATH, even though they fully understood that I was simply referring to imports allowed by Crooked Joe Biden, which are killing the automobile industry.”
Trump further said: “The United Auto Workers, but not their leadership, fully understand what I mean. With the Electric Car Mandate being pushed by Biden, there soon won’t be any cars made in the USA – UNLESS I’M ELECTED PRESIDENT, IN WHICH CASE AUTO MANUFACTURING WILL THRIVE LIKE NEVER BEFORE!!!”
