A Welsh Terrier puppy named Duck enjoys giving other dogs hugs and makes onlookers in London grin with his antics. Duck, a seven-month-old puppy, enjoys giving other dogs a paw hug as a welcome. The Welsh Terrier is reputed to have a wonderful disposition and brighten Londoners’ days with his endearing antics. He enjoys visiting parks and getting to know other dogs, his owner James Quirk told TeamDogs. Like many dogs, he just wants to play and run with them. The majority of them, though, have no understanding what’s going on, so he tried to hug them. When dogs are simply walking by with their owners on the street, he even tries to hug them. No of the dog’s size, James continued, “he will try to pin him down if he can. Everyone remark on how cute it is, and he has been doing it since he was a young child. “He’s simply your standard puppy. He shows interest in everything, even toys, and does not avoid them. He participates in all of our activities, and we enjoy taking him along when we travel.
He is a very amiable youngster who enjoys the company of humans, dogs, and other small animals. He recently stumbled across a hedgehog, which he would have guarded for hours if we had allowed him, but we shooed him away out of respect for the hedgehog. We take a ton of photos of Duck interacting with pets and other dogs, but his attempts to embrace other canines will always be our favorites.
