Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were spotted after a trip to Nigeria.
The pair were spotted returning to Los Angeles after a lengthy travel day along with news that The Archewell Foundation was accused of being behind on paying some legal fees. A representative for the organisation has since denied those claims. The issue seems to have been resolved with insiders, claiming the cheque has been sent in a timely manner.
After arriving back to California, Meghan walked ahead of her husband which body language expert Judi James noted could be a sign that she’s the one taking control of the situation while Harry is keeping quiet.
She told : “Harry’s shoulders look slumped and he walks alone, wearing what looks like a mouth clamp gesture. Meghan looks much more like the one taking care of business. In Nigeria the couple were perma-linked, walking hand in hand and side by side, but here she strides off, ahead to climb into the car while Harry packs his bag in the boot, with her phone held aloft as though taking a call.”
In the photos, Meghan wore a pair of white trousers and a long, brown jacket. She added a pair of nude, pointed flats and left her signature dark hair down. The Duchess of Sussex carried her phone and a pair of sunglasses in her hand and accessorised with a gold watch on her wrist.
Harry, trailing behind her, wore a gray button up with a black suit jacket. He added a pair of dark trousers and some trainers. The Duke toted with him a portfolio as he was followed by the pair’s team and security detail.
The excruciating 18-hour travel day follows the pair’s successful tour of Nigeria where they supported their “Giants of Africa” programming, including an announcement that they plan to expand their efforts by providing “an additional adaptive court and accessible sport for the community of Abuja.”
According to their website, Meghan and Harry hosted a basketball clinic. “The Duke took to the courts to participate in an array of fun ball bouncing drills. The day was filled with sports, laughter, and meaningful conversation,” the site explained.
